Freitag, 20. August 2010Introducing YJ’s Next Blog Star!
Donnerstag, 11. Februar 2010We have gotten so many amazing entries for our Yoga Diary Blog Contest , I’m still reading through them all. In fact, there are so many deserving yoga bloggers out there, the online editorial staff decided it will be impossible to choose just one! In the next couple of months, we’ll introduce you to a few fabulous yoga bloggers, who are just itching to share their stories with you! The first will be New York City-based yoga teacher extraordinaire Sadie Nardini. Sadie will be joining the national yoga conference circuit this year, and sharing her experiences and insights from that unique perspective. She’ll also be blogging about incorporating the eight limbs of yoga into her busy, hectic schedule–something we can all relate to. Read more about Sadie below, and check back soon to read her first post. Sadie Nardini, E-RYT is the founder of Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga. Based at YogaWorks in New York City, she travels nationally and internationally training teachers and students how to make the core connection that leads to true strength and freedom both on and off the mat. Sadie is the creator of bestselling yoga DVDs, author of “The Road Trip Guide to the Soul” (Wiley), and is the Core Strength columnist for the Huffington Post. She’s regularly featured in and contributes to national media, including the New York Times, Glamour, Self, Yoga Journal, CNN, Body & Soul and more. To learn more about Sadie, visit her at www.SadieNardini.com (NOTE to other blog contestants: If you’re chosen, we’ll be contacting you at the end of this month.)
